Managing an Organization is the element that gives coherence to the entire value chain, it gives direction, encourages day to day, helps, supports, drives and motivates. It is a key job to motivate people, to get them to feel motivated, to understand and to get them involved in the goals to be achieved.
“Management” is the sum of many concepts. Management is to administer (people, production tools, economic resources), to lead, to convince, to generate trust, to support, to help, to motivate, to listen, to drive, to establish objectives, to obtain results, to have a vision and direction to guide the team.
Development and deployment of the strategy in the organization.
It consists precisely in defining in a personalized way what Management means and how it should be the manager in each particular Organization. It does not consist in “implanting” standard principles, but in developing a own company framework.
Once established the referential, mcg will help in the deployment to all levels of the organization that develop management functions.
In mcg the base method is the DOPA (Deployment of Objectives and Action Plans)
Definition:
Expected results are defined through quantifiable objectives through KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and define the tools that will enable the Objectives to be achieved through working sessions with the Management Team.
Deployment:
It is a structured process in both vertical (descending /ascending) and transversal process of the organization with objectives and action plans until reaching individual objectives. At each level, based on the information of the higher level (guidelines, objectives, actions, etc.), the Objectives to be achieved and the Actions are defined in order to achieve them, within a coherence and robustness.
Monitoring and Review:
It is regularly verified that the results achieved are in line with the objectives set, to implement corrective measures quickly when deviations are found and to ensure that action plans contribute effectively and effectively to the objectives.
